Step 1: Preparation
Make sure the mask is clean and in good condition. Place the AeroMask™ on your face with the top side facing up, and adjust the straps so it fits securely and comfortably.

Step 2: Start your training
Wear the mask during your regular workouts — such as running, cycling, or fitness. The breathing resistance strengthens your lungs while you move.

Step 3: Listen to your body
Start with light activity and gradually increase the intensity. If you feel dizzy or short of breath, take a break and remove the mask.
