Shipping Process

We typically need 1 to 3 business days to process your order and hand it over to the sorting center of our shipping partner. Some products may require more time, especially during holidays (up to 5 days) or if the order includes popular items with limited availability.

Once our shipping department has started processing your order, we are unable to make any changes (including address modifications). We ship only to the address provided at checkout.

We ship only on business days – we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple products, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to varying production partner locations.


Delivery

Delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days.

Please note: The days mentioned are estimates only and do not include the 1–3 business days needed to process your order.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Blinlux is not responsible for situations beyond our control, such as customs procedures, postal delays, holidays, extreme weather, strikes, protests, etc., that may cause delays beyond our original estimate.


Customs Duties, Taxes & Other Fees

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Blinlux has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused and returned, you are responsible for all customs duties and return shipping costs.

Customs policies vary by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.


Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

Blinlux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the provided address but you haven’t received it, please contact your carrier and/or file a claim.

Please note: When handling damage or return claims, we rely on the delivery date and time shown in the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Claims may not be approved if they are not filed correctly.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address provided before placing an order. Order processing begins immediately after purchase, so we cannot make changes once it has been submitted. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to retrieve or modify it.
