Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a free return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item – so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. personalized items), or personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
